Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Alice feels like she has come home. On the weekends, Alice is usually spending quality time with her family and friends.

Chelsea has been in the hospitality industry for 8 years. There is nothing she loves more than helping wedding couples celebrate the most memorable and special day of their lives! When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering in the community, especially with Special Olympics!
AREA ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES
Born and raised in Southern California, Monique moved to the DMV area 16 years ago and fell in love! She brings over 15 years of sales and leadership experience to her role as Assistant Director of Sales. In her downtime, Monique loves gardening, visiting museums, and reading the latest murder mystery novel.
AREA MARKETING MANAGER
Bailey began as a Sales Manager at The Alexandrian and Morrison House, but her passion and creativity guided her to a new role as Marketing Manager. You'll usually find Bailey at a local coffee shop, exploring the shelves of Old Town Books or planning her next trip around the world!

As the Area Director of Transient Sales, Ryan is your go-to for all things business travel. With 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, Ryan upholds the highest standards and provides his clients the best experiences. On the weekends, you can find Ryan exploring DC, the museums, and eating at the best local spots!
AREA SENIOR SALES MANAGER
As the Senior Sales Manager, Tanay has over 8 years of hospitality experience beginning in Operations. With over 6 years of leadership experience, Tanay has a keen focus to detail and loves uncovering client needs to ensure the utmost satisfaction. When she is not working, you can find Tanay at a sporting event, reading, or cooking up a new recipe.
AREA GROUP SALES MANAGER
A native to Thailand, Showalee literally grew up in the hospitality industry at her parents hotel. She has over 10 years of experience split between the US and Thailand and to say she has worn many hats is an understatement. Showalee has the expertise from rooms, food & beverage, accounting and sales to make your event the best it can be.
AREA GROUP SERVICES MANAGER
With 8 years of hospitality experience, Madison is the perfect person to make your stay one of a kind and give your guests an experience they won't forget. In her free time, Madison loves to paint and go on nature walks around the DMV.
AREA SALES COORDINATOR
Nichole brings over 5 years of hospitality knowledge from the food & beverage department and front desk department to this role. As a sales coordinator, Nichole supports the events team to make your stay a success. Outside of work, you can find Nichole cuddling with her cat, crocheting or hitting up the best concerts in town!
AREA CATERING COORDINATOR
Jenna is a recent graduate of The University of Alabama, Roll Tide! She has always had a passion for creating experiences and memories for others which led her to her current role. When Jenna isn't in the office she is either planning her next trip with her friends or exploring more of D.C.!
